Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 318                  
"An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Governors               
of the Alaska Bar Association; and providing for an effective date."           
Without objection, it was so ordered.
